Courses

Awareness Training courses are used for preview and creation of custom courses. Courses are grouped into two sections, Shared Courses and Personalised Courses. Shared Courses contain predefined courses, and Personalised Courses section allows the creation of custom courses.

You can take actions by clicking the "..." button and preview the course before sending it to users. It is possible to create a campaign by using the selected course and access the result of the campaign.

‌ ‌Shared courses are created and distributed to all organisations. These types of courses are used by everyone and are publicly available.

‌ Personalised courses are created at the organization level. These type of courses are only available for the organization in which it is defined. Organizational level administrative user accounts can create personalised courses under this menu.

‌ ‌To create new courses, go to the Personalised Courses and click the "+Courses" button.

In the new window, type the course name, description and click Save. The description field is optional.

‌ It is possible to add lessons under courses after creation. The lessons are the building blocks of courses, and it can be a Video, Text (HTML), or Quiz. There is no limitation on the number of lessons under a course. You can also select the language of the course using the "Select Language" drop-down list. The default language is English.

Based on the lesson type selected, different definition pages will be shown as below.

For all lesson definition pages, there are two settings, Prerequisite Type and Order. Prerequisite Type enforces that previous lessons should be finished first before proceeding for the course and the Order defines the sequence of lessons.

Once course and lesson definitions are finished the next step is to define training campaign definitions.
