Campaigns

Training Campaigns are used for sending course content to the users and analyse their activities. You can only define one course per campaign. The definition of campaigns is very straightforward. To set a new campaign, click the "+Campaign" button.

Give a name to the campaign, set the sender name and the sender mail address for the training link. Click the "Next" button to add a course to the campaign.

After adding the course to the new campaign, select target users for it. Selected users receive a new notification mail which contains a link to selected course. To add users click the "Next" button.

In the target user page, select existing users or groups, or add a new user or group by clicking the "+" button. Finally, click the "Save" button. After saving the campaign, target users will get a notification e-mail for the assigned course.

Target users can access lessons under the course by clicking the "View training" link inside the e-mail. The training status of each user is monitored and logged. You can access this information by using "Dashboards" under Awareness Training Module.
