E-mail Security Dashboard provides information about the reported emails from end-users. Users can report an e-mail by using the Add-in, which is available for Microsoft Exchange server and Office 365. For installation please refer to the Settings page.
The administrator can execute different action by analyzing the reported emails. The available actions can be viewed by clicking here.
In the Dashboard, the system administrator can easily track the number of e-mails reported from the users and the distribution of reported e-mails. The default state of every reported e-mail is "Unresolved." After an initial inspection of the reported e-mail, the state of the e-mail can be changed. Resolved is the final state.
